Coaching the game of basketball at a high level for Coach Mireles has been a passion and seeing players develop and continue to get better is always the benefit. As you will see below he makes his players work on both ends of the floor. These videos are just an example of how the coach can put a team on the floor with the heart, dedication, passion and basketball etticut for the higher level. "Although I have not have the chance to coach at a college, I have had the oppoetunity to train and develop many college and minor league  players who have come out to play at a higher level and get them ready for the NBDL or the NBA". says Coach Mireles "I know that anyone can play the game but not everyone is ready for the next level and its definitely not hard for me to talk with a player and let him know what he needs to work on to get him to that point".
