Benjamin Mireles has brought back the experience to bring the quality of a professional basketball team and the knowledge of the game to the CBDL. In a professional atmosphere he has built a reputation for bringing in solid teams and players. Coach Mireles has trained and developed 1300 + players as well as assisted in training and developing from the locations of the athletes and uses video and scouting reports to help build athletes professionally. He has traveled state to state to develop athletes in his 10yrs as a basketball coach and 4 yrs professionally. |
While Coach Mireles believes in coaching, training and developing players to their respectable levels, he also understands that many players do not have the ability to get to the next level. He has coached so well that 8 out of 10 players averaged in double figures on his team as a rookie head coach at the minor-league level in 2008-2009. "As a coach I do not see that one player, at this level, can make a difference. I tell my players that it's a team effort to win games and as long as your defense is solid, your offense will continue to get better within any system given. But to play point for point in my gym, will not get the job done" said Coach Mireles. Mr. Mireles

After he sold his team he coached again in California briefly and finished at 18-2. "My team in Texas went 5-9 and finished 15-10 while finishing the season #10 in the national ranking and lossing in the first round to Knoxville." said coach Mireles "Is was very disappointing to see a team with so much talent go to waste" |
